What’ll The Bucks Do – Today is the NBA’s trade deadline and it’s not really a question as to if the Bucks will be involved in a trade but rather what trade will they make. My pipe dream, with the Bucks seemingly locking in on Kansas big man Joel Embiid, was that they could trade Larry Sanders for a young & promising point guard. Like I said though, pretty unrealistic & especially so due to Sander’s contract plus the fact he hasn’t played hardly at all this season. The names Gary Neal, Luke Ridnour & Ersan Ilyasova are the popular trading chips for the Bucks. I don’t expect any one or a combination of those guys to net the Bucks a player that could help them in the future because of course, we don’t want someone to come to the Bucks that could help them win now & hurt their chances at the #1 pick come draft time. So look for one or more of those guys to get moved but don’t look for anything substantial out of any transactions that occur.
