Getting Caught Up – With yesterday being Brewers Opening Day I had to stick with tradition for my sign off part here so wasn’t able to comment on the Badgers game from this weekend.  In a word – Awesome. Going into the game Saturday night I was more than a bit apprehensive but I did believe the Badgers could win. Even at the half & being down I still figured Wisconsin could battle back & advance. As the seconds ticked down at the end of regulation I thought perhaps Jackson held on to the ball there too long & of course at the end of OT I was holding my breath like everyone else on that last inbound by Arizona. The great part about this all, and there’s a lot great about it, is that this team is only losing one starter in Ben Brust so can be just as strong next year. We’ll put that aside for now though and concentrate on what’s ahead for the Badgers in the Final Four against Kentucky on Saturday & perhaps, just maybe, a shot at the National Title Game after that.
