Hoping For Health – Today is the day Aaron Rodgers will be undergoing his latest evaluation by team doctor Patrick McKenzie. Last week it was well understood Rodgers (& perhaps McCarthy as well) wanted to see the quarterback on the field but they were overruled by McKenzie who didn’t clear Rodgers medically. I was & am fine with that decision as I don’t want to see Rodgers rushed out there to only re-injury something that wasn’t fully healed. We’re seven weeks from the injury now though & with the combination of the Packers incredible comeback win as well as the Lions loss on MNF, the stakes are a bit higher. If Rodgers isn’t fully healed, he shouldn’t be out there, but here’s hoping that’s not the case & we all see Rodgers warming up to start on Sunday to lead the team to the next two wins needed to make the post-season.
