How Much Change On The Way? – We’ve made it to the All-Star Break for baseball & once we’re out of it there could and should be changes to the Brewers coming up. It’s no secret the Brewers will be sellers this year as we approach the trading deadline. What will be interesting to see is just how far Doug Melvin goes as to that selling. The team definitely has players other teams should be interested in, but will there be any bigger names like Aoki, Gallardo, Lohse or others which are dealt. My guess is that Melvin sells, but not to the extreme a lot of people are thinking. I can see Aoki being dealt & some bullpen arms but wouldn’t be surprised if that’s it. Of course, a lot depends on the suitors that come calling too and what they’ll be willing to offer. Should be some interesting times coming up in the next few weeks.
