Got A Win, So That’s Nice – As I mentioned on Friday, I wasn’t expecting great things when the Brewers visited Cincinnati this weekend. Great American Ballpark hasn’t been kind to the ‘Crew & the Reds are just a really solid team. The Brewers did get the win on Saturday though after an exciting affair on Friday, setting up the chance for an actual series win on the road. Alas, it wasn’t meant to be as the Reds got to Perlata often including Jay Bruce who spoiled Friday’s late come back. Day off today for the Brewers with the Astros coming in for a midweek set which you would think should be a winnable series, we’ll see.
