That’s More Like It – Not only have the Brewers won their first series of the year, they did it by sweeping the World Series Champion San Francisco Giants, getting the 7-2 win yesterday afternoon. The Brewers had some nice offensive output as Braun, Lucroy & even Gallardo hit balls out of the park, plating 6 runs on those home runs. I was curious how Gallardo would respond after the happenings of earlier this week but he pitched well with only one earned run. The team is now only two games under .500 with the Cubs coming in for a weekend series so let’s see if the ‘Crew can extend their current winning streak to not only reach even but perhaps get on the winning side of it.
With that we have another week in the books here. Next weekend we have the NFL Draft to look forward to so I would suggest getting all your chores done this weekend so you can devote all your attention to that come Saturday & Sunday. Have a good weekend and we’ll see you back here Monday morning.
