Yes, the Best – Four days of wall-to-wall college hoops kicks off today & anyone who tells me this isn’t the best sports related long weekend of the year is nuts. I’ll put the Super Bowl weekend a close second but really it doesn’t hold a candle to the pure enjoyment of the next four days. For Wisconsites, we’ve had a really good run of having our two primary DI teams Marquette & Wisconsin in the tournament these past few years which only makes it that much more fun. This year UW & MU play on separate schedules for the first weekend as well so that works out pretty well too. For some reason I have a little more faith in Wisconsin than Marquette this year, primarily based on the match-ups but as time in memoriam has proven once the games get going none of that matters one bit. If interested, you can click here to take a look at how I set my bracket up this year & then feel free to tell me I have no clue whatsoever. Enjoy this first day & may your brackets not be busted when the first days’ action ends tonight.
