They’re in Camp So Why Not – Beyond Yovanni Gallardo, the Brewers starting rotation is I think one of the most intriguing things about this year’s Spring Training. Looking at who’s left it’s a guessing game. Most, myself included, have Marco Estrada pegged as the #2 guy. From there it’s you’ve got your choice between Chris Narveson who is returning from an injury & then Mike Fiers, Mark Rodgers, Willy Peralta & you could even throw Tyler Thornburg in there I suppose. The rest of my rotation depends on how Narveson is but I would put him at the 3 spot followed by Fiers & then Peralta. I think that at some point you will see Rodgers enter into the rotation, whether it be because of injury or performance, but I’m not sure how long that will last & most of his action will be out of the bullpen. As for Thornburg, he’s just too raw yet & needs some more time in the minors but don’t be surprised to see him up but it’ll be in a spot start at best. So there’s my guess and it really is all it is. Agree, disagree? Let me have it either way.
