Frustrating Night – For the most part, the Badgers played alright against MSU last night but a poor night at the charity stripe (7 of 18) & not being able to get points down the line ultimately doomed them. There were more than a few opportunities towards the end of the game where the Badgers could have tied the game or even decreased the deficient but nothing was happening, going 7 minutes without a bucket in the second half. It got interesting at the end, only down by two with 10 seconds left, but again it was a missed free throw by George Marshall this time which forced the intentional miss which never hit the rim, giving the ball & game to MSU. This was a game the Badgers lost more than MSU won, which as I said, makes for a frustrating night. Next up Minnesota on Saturday & hopefully a better result.
