I Can Live With This – It was reported yesterday that Curt Phillips has beat out Danny O’Brien as the starting QB for this weekend’s game against Indiana.  This is a pretty important game for the Badgers as with a win it pretty much locks up a return trip to the Big Ten Championship.  I’m a little surprised that Phillips beat out O’Brien based strictly on the transfer having more experience under center as a starter.  Then I think back to some of those early games O’Brien had & OK, I can see it.  Phillips has always been an intriguing player but injuries have hampered him pretty much every year.  This weekend would appear to be his chance to show what he’s got when healthy & at the very least it makes for a pretty good story.  That being said, O’Brien should keep his helmet handy should things go poorly early on.
