Writing Is On The Wall – Remember Friday when I was all optimistic that the Brewers could take some games in Cincinnati, perhaps even the series? Well so much for that I guess as after the sweep by the Reds I think officially time for even me to declare this team is done, at least as far as getting the playoffs. So the next decision to be made is what to do this coming week & very possibly dealing some players soon. Doug Melvin will, I imagine, have a busy week as fields offers for not only Zack Greinke but also K-Rod, Kottaras & others. The selling season is on folks, no way around it.
