Almost There – With all the conference tournaments going on weekend it is almost like a practice run for the wonder which will be March Madness in full glory next weekend. Unfortunately we won’t be seeing Marquette anymore this weekend but later this afternoon the Badgers will be playing Indiana in their first appearance of the 2012 Big Ten Tournament. Here’s hoping UW can end the recent string of early exits from the conference tourney and advance to be playing on Saturday & maybe even Sunday. Then of course Sunday…Selection Sunday, by any measure a great day of the year for any sports fan. So enjoy it all & remember, it’s just a tune up for what will come next weekend.
Thanks for spending time this week with us & next week we’ll be having a March Madness theme week of sorts so make sure to be checking back regularly for that. Have a glorious weekend watching hoops, enjoy the warmer temps which are finally here & we’ll see you back here Monday morning.
