More Fantasy Stuff – Yesterday I wrote this piece on for first time Fantasy Baseball players. One thing I neglected to put in there was some resources I use to help prepare for the draft & then also through the season. So here’s a short quick list of some helpful sites:
Rotowire.com – This one is my favorite. They also have a program you can download/install to use during your draft to help keep track of draft choices as well as suggested picks. There is a subscription involved but it’s not that much & the content is worth it.
RotoChamp.com – Not a bad site, not as good as Rotowire but a lot of content you don’t have to pay for.
ESPN Fantasy Baseball – What you’d expect
CBS Sports – Nice little draft kit here you can download for free
There are a ton more out there, but these are the ones I use or had used the most. One other hint, which I neglected to mention in that piece yesterday – beyond having a print out of rankings it’s also handy to have a print out of teams’ projected starting line ups. Comes in handy when you’re looking for players what will get starting time but aren’t household names in the later rounds.
