A Quiet Weekend – Sports-wise this weekend seemed a bit on the quiet side with only the Bucks & Golden Eagles in action over it. Those two teams split respectively in their Saturday contests. This week looks to pick back up though as we get closer to Spring Training & Pitchers/Catchers reporting as well as full slate of the Bucks, Badgers & Golden Eagles over the coming weekend. Week after next the NFL Combine also kicks off so there’ll be something for football fans too.

It’s the darkest time of my sports year: Packers in hibernation, Brewers still quite in Maryvale, Badgers still slogging through a long Big(12)Ten slate. No wonder I was antsy this weekend. Glad there was some interesting golf at Pebble Beach.
Thank God NASCAR starts next weekend.
