The W Is All That Matters – Both Marquette & Wisconsin had to rally to do it, but both ended up winning last night. Both teams had ugly first halves, Marquette with turnovers & Wisconsin with poor shooting. Good teams find a way to win though even if it isn’t pretty and that is exactly what happened in the second half for both. For the Badgers the turnaround from early January is pretty remarkable seeing as they were sitting in 9th place in the Big Ten & now have a chance to go into sole position of first with a win against Ohio State this weekend. No matter how it’s done, the win is what matters so we’ll enjoy that for now, no matter how aggravating it may be to get to that end.
