I Liked the First Ones Better – Past couple days there’s been a lot of talk about comments made by Dan Patrick regarding the Ryan Braun ‘situation’. Patrick said on Monday “He may be found innocent. And judging from all of the information I was told, there’s a good chance that he should be”. Of course, yesterday Patrick backtracked a bit with, “What I should have said is he could be found not guilty.” So what to believe now? You’re guess is as good as mine.  Dan Patrick is someone who I have a fair amount of respect for so I’d like to think the real reason for his backtrack is he caught heat somewhere, because why be so positive on the previous statements the day before?  Or it could just be because it makes for a good show & gets Patrick’s name out there.  The truth is most likely somewhere in between.
