  • Weird, weird game from beginning to end. Looked like Lambeau, felt like Bizarroland.
  • Tim Masthay: was it a botched fake punt, a muffed real punt or a really ugly Wildcat formation and he was in the wrong spot? Not sure, but it was kind of cute that he got so excited he dropped the ball. Nice run, Timmy. Next time hold on to the ball. But hey, one of the first and probably last times  you’ll hear that the punter had a run for first down.
  • That should’ve been the Lambeau Rush of the Half.
  • But in true Bizarroland fashion, the Rush of the Half was a monster PASS to Jordy Nelson.  *shrugs*
  • Guess that beat’s Rodgers’ Rush of the Half last week that was for a whopping two yards.
  • Again the Packers prove it is a good thing there are no style points allotted in professional football.
  • How spoiled are we when 23/34, 299 yards, 3 TDs, one INT,and a  112.3 rating feels like a off-day for the quarterback?
  • Yeah, I think this was his off-game for the season thus far. No air on the passes.
  • Again we’re spoiled. There were literally crickets with his interception. It’s been a month since the last time Rodgers threw one.
  • Speaking of no longer perfect, I’m actually sad Mason Crosby’s streak of perfection has come to an end.
  • Jordy Freakin’ Nelson. Haters, including Rush Limbaugh can officially eat it.  He was the insurance policy for when things were going wrong. Stinking it up? Throw it to Nelson, and everything will be okay!
  • Speaking of Bizarroland, the Packers decided that the widest guy on the team needed a TD.
  • I’m disappointed he didn’t teach us how to Raji this time.
  • But the front row of the endzone thanks him for not causing an avalanche and deferring the Lambeau Leap.
  • Little did they know the Packers didn’t plan far enough in the playcalling and order the industrial strength catapult for Raji to get in the stands.
  • For reference the Packers can get plans to build one at www.stormthecastle.com. Who knows, they may need one come playoff time. Or maybe a giant trampoline.
  • Tramon with two interceptions and Woodson with a sack.
  • That’s where the praise for the secondary ends today.
  • Peprah, while red-hot in past games really stunk at coverage today.
  • Morgan Burnett ain’t all that. He’s even worse with a club on his hands.
  • Gentlemen, let’s have a refresher on the basics. I give you the wrap tackle: take both your arms, wrap them around they guy with the ball and promptly pull him to the ground. So not rocket science.
  • I worry they are going to be schooled by Megatron next week. There, I said it out loud.
  • The defense as a whole needs to find that fire under their rears and light it.
  • Same goes for the offensive line.
  • Josh Sitton did not have a good game. Three false start, pal? Clean up your act!
  • Newhouse, while kind of holding his own, needs a lot of help.
  • Meanwhile Tom Crabtree with his first regular season TD was a thing of beauty. Talk about TD’s to the not-so-0bvious receivers. Love that Rodgers a million and one options to keep defenses on their toes.
  • That said, what is up with his hair? Apathy? Not cutting it until they lose (which I hope happens some time in 2012 not including January and February)?
  • Starks, how nice of you to show up and light it up second half.
  • Glad to hear he isn’t hurt that bad.
  • Still love how the crowd in the stands call the play when it’s time to give Kuhn the ball.
  • But what’s there not to love about a giant redhead in the stands doing a Lambeau Leap?
  • An off-balance week, but a win is still a win.
  • The Cheese Still Stands Alone!
  • Bring on the Kittycats on Turkey Day.

And in other observations…

  • Always loves it when the Alma Mater’s band plays at a Packer Game.
  • For non-alumni trying to blend in, you don’t wave your arm through all of Varsity. It’s U (to the right) Rah (to the left) Rah (to the right) Wiiiiis (left) cahhh (to the right) on (to the left) sin (one more time to the right.)
  • Still love how the police never know what to do when the band Space Badgers them.
