A Pretty Solid Wisconsin Weekend – You’d be hard pressed to complain about the results of this weekend’s Wisconsin-based sports teams with the Badgers & Packers win along with the Brewers’ sweep of the Reds. Sure, the Packers looked a little bit out of it, especially on the defensive side of the ball early on in the game, but made up for it in the second half. The only dark cloud would be the injury scare with Nick Collins, but from the accounts I’ve read this morning the prognosis is good. We get a double shot of Chicago rivalries this week as well as the Brewers have a series with the Cubs to begin the week and the Packers are in Soldier Field on Sunday. So warm up all your ‘Bears Still Suck’ jokes, you’ll need them all week.
