Turn, Turn, Turn – Well, it’s that time of the year where the Daybreak Doppler will be doing a switch in focus. With this year’s Packers season in the books, we’ll be turning our eye more towards Bucks, Badgers & Golden Eagles basketball along with the Brewers as Spring Training comes around. We’ll of course still have our normal Packers links, they’ll just be lower in the pecking order & more likely than not fewer of them. The great thing about the Packers playing into the postseason and winning the Super Bowl is it makes the Winter seems that much shorter. While the Bucks aren’t necessarily heating up the hardwood, the Badgers hoops team is playing well, the Golden Eagles show some hope every now & then and Pitchers & Catchers report next week already. Before you know it’ll be March with all the fun of the NCAA Tournament that comes with that and then fully into baseball season where there is more than just a glimmer of hope of the Brewers this year. While I imagine some of our more Packer-centric contributors may be taking a break for a spell, make sure to be coming back as we’ll have more on the other teams which comprise the Wisconsin sporting landscape as well as your daily dose of inane links & moderately attractive women.
Thanks for hanging this week, have a wonderful weekend and we’ll see you back here on Monday.
