Didn’t See This Coming- As Brian mentions above, first year player Jason Chery is going to be given one hell of an opportunity come Thursday. Is this our dark horse player who nobody had heard about that will rise to the challenge and be the next coming of Desmond Howard? Realistically probably not but it sure would be a hell of a nice story line if he can make the roster as the Preseason closes out. At this point, I would be happy with the next coming of Allen Rossum so who knows but I’ll be rooting for him come Thursday.
