The Hart Signing - I was just as surprised as pretty much everyone else after hearing of the Hart signing, but for the most part can get behind it. I also think we’re seeing something of a plan for next year. The Brewers have AAA player Mat Gamel now working in Right Field & First Base and after the extension of Hart it is a foregone conclusion that Prince Fielder will be dealt in the off-season. Corey Hart, if I recall correctly, started as a first baseman and also has the more typical size & length for the position. With Gamel working out in positions other than third & extending Hart the Brewers are planning for the future here, a future with out Prince Fielder.
