That is why I watch - OK, in the spirit of full disclosure, I didn’t watch the Spain/Switzerland match yesterday due to this pesky thing called work. I did however have the game cast up and was paying moderate attention to it, almost falling out of my chair as I glanced over and saw the Swiss had scored on Spain & then went on to win. Right there is one of the reasons why the World Cup is so great, you can see a genuine giant killing at any time. You can whine, bemoan and complain about the draws, low scoring and vuvuzelas all you want but it’s moments & matches like those that make the World Cup worth watching.
