A Halle Berry sort of morning.

Good night in Milwaukee overall as the Brewers evened the opening series with a win over the Rockies. The Bucky Channel has some thoughts on the game.

Unpaid endorsement: the MLB At Bat app for the Blackberry – this thing is awesome, it pretty much tracks the game for you in real time, allows you to listen to the broadcast should you not be in radio range and has other news and video available. It’ll set you back $15 but well worth it.
You Can Still Fear the Deer - No matter what happens here on out, you have to hand it to the Bucks for securing a playoff berth, especially for a team that just a year or so ago appeared to be destined for eternal mediocrity. While there is still the spectre of Bogut’s injury, perhaps for one day we can set that aside and just enjoy the fact that there will be post-season basketball for the Bucks. Before Bogut’s injury I had them pegged to get into the at least the second round of the playoffs but that may be a tall order now. On the bright side though, this should be a good sign for the team as a whole moving forward no matter what happens in the post-season.

That picture is really all you needed to get five stars from me on this one.
Thanks for the link! Despite a rocky start with Alexander, Hammond truly has done a decent job as GM of the Bucks. As a Wisconsin native I’m pumped about the future…
There really is nothing finer than Halle Berry. Great photo!
