Badgers on the Move

This morning comes word that two recent Badgers are heading to The Association. First, Brian Butch apparently has found a place with Denver:
The Nuggets have reached an agreement to sign center Brian Butch of the Bakersfield Jam to a contract for the rest of this season and a non-guaranteed deal for next season, according to sources close to the situation.
A 6-foot-11 center out of Wisconsin, Butch is averaging nearly 19 points and 12 rebounds for Bakersfield.
Butch will become the ninth D-League player this season to receive a non-guaranteed contract for next season in addition to a rest-of-season deal.
Also, Marcus Landry is on his way to Boston:
Landry, who was traded from the Knicks to the Celtics on Feb. 18, had most recently spent a month with the Maine Red Claws of the NBA Development League.
In 13 games with the Red Claws, Landry averaged 11.4 points, 4.3 rebounds and 1.6 assists per game, highlighted by a 34-point night that included eight 3-pointers on March 21.
In 18 NBA games with the Knicks and Celtics, Landry has averaged 2.4 points and 1.1 rebounds. He posted a career-high 8 points vs. Indiana (1/3/10) and career-high 4 rebounds vs. Dallas (1/24/10).
Landry now joins fellow former Badger Michael Finley on the Celtics roster.
Both of these guys seem to have found soft landing spots, as each team is well positioned for a playoff run.
