Recent features in both the Kenosha News and Janesville Gazette have noted that there appears to be a "let bygones be bygones" movement gaining traction. Heck, even my dad told me this week that the Vikings have become his second favorite team I have lost interest in the drama and will listen to Chicago radio for a while. Interestingly, the buzz in Minny has turned to Donovan McNabb. Can the Vikes get him for a 2nd round pick? If they can I am all for it. But given who he is, I guess I am not surprised. In any case, I am glad someone has taken the time to underscore that it was Favre who walked away from the team by retiring; the Packers didn't just decide to move on by cutting or releasing Favre.
