ND would, but they don't want in. If they are going to raid the Big 12 for schools, TX is certainly an academic peer. It adds the St. Louis and Kansas City markets and works well geographically. If not Mizzou then I want Rutgers...but they are a distant second in my book. Last game of the Packer regular season?
