QUICK HIT: Favre Signs(?)

Pro Football Talk.com reported today that former Packer/Jet quarterback Brett Favre has signed a contract with the Minnesota Vikings.  Favre’s agent Bus Cook denies any such agreement is in place.  So, using history as our guide, we can clearly infer that this is a done deal.
