QUICK HIT: Bucks Game
By Wally in Bucks, Off-Topic on March 10, 2009 6:36 am / no comments
This is sort of sports related so what the heck. Last Saturday Mike and I had the privilege of attending the Bucks game courtesy of my good friends John Gilbert and his wife Darcy. Now, generally it would be hard to attach the word “privilege” to the phrase “attending a Bucks game”, but thanks to Darcy’s position on Senator Herb Kohl’s staff we got to see the game from the Senator’s private box. The Senator (and Bucks owner) stopped up and visited for a short time before the game and then headed down to his court side seats to mingle with the masses. We even have proof as you can check out some photos here on John and Darcy’s family blog: http://luomagilbert-family.blogspot.com/2009/03/blog-post.html
Big thanks to Darcy for arranging all this!
