Being on the disabled list six of the last eight years has turned my like for him into frustration. Sure, his injuries have been frustrating to the extreme, but when he has been on the bump he has delivered; his stats bear that out. Moreover, because of that past performance, I still think MKE was right to explore an incentive laden deal with Sheets that would include next season. If doing so would have given them the possibility of getting Sheets back in September (when they really might need him) and for all of next season at full strength, he would have been worth the cost of locking him up for several million "dead" dollars this season.
