		<description>Personally, I would substitute Bart Starr for Brett Favre.  Fair or not, QBs are generally judged by winning.  5 NFL Championships  and 2 Super Bowl MVPs clearly trumps Favre IMO.  Invoking Mt. Rushmore implies character and no WI sports figure had more character and class than Starr.  If you&#039;re going to pick a Heisman winner from WI, Alan Ameche added an NFL title to his resume.  I would even suggest that Robin Yount deserves consideration as he spent his entire career with the Brewers.  But Lombardi is indisputable.</description>
