Fair or not, QBs are generally judged by winning. 5 NFL Championships and 2 Super Bowl MVPs clearly trumps Favre IMO. Invoking Mt. Rushmore implies character and no WI sports figure had more character and class than Starr. If you're going to pick a Heisman winner from WI, Alan Ameche added an NFL title to his resume.
